1.  4 scales with two-stage pneumatic and vibrator feeding,automatic adjustment of pack sizes, able to adept to high-precision packaging of different kinds of material, High accuracy control system, high packaging efficiency.

2.  High packaging efficiency: 0.3-1.5 kg: 1200 packs per hour, 2.0-5.0Kg: 600 packs per hour.

3.  Different working modes for different weight of the pack: when the weight of pack is heavy, use one working stations,preducing one pack at a time.When weight is lighter, change the made to use two working station, producing two packs at a time, in order to maximize productivity.

3. Integrated design: reasonable structure, small size, controlled by servo mators and servo linear motor, fast movement and high precision.

4. Simple operation: English touch screen, nice human-machine interface, convenient to alter parameters, using electric push rod to automate adjustments of different specifications.

5. Integrated mould: pressed by pneumatic piston, latched and locked by positioning pin, good shaping effect, convenient to change.
